What to include, so one reply is enough
- Bobbin fit: the outside diameter of the bobbin you already use, in millimetres, or the class printed on your machine’s manual. Brand alone does not settle it.
- Needle choice: the fabric — weight, woven or knit — and whether it is a domestic or industrial machine.
- About an order: the order number, and the PIN code if it is a delivery question.
- Short count or damage: the unboxing video, within 48 hours of delivery. On that clip we replace or refund at our cost.
What we cannot help with
We do not sell fabric, sell or service sewing machines, or take garment orders. If your machine is skipping stitches, a technician is the right call — though we are happy to say whether a needle or bobbin class is the likely culprit before you book one.
